More Than 200 Employees Earn Gift Cards

For the third quarter in a row, more than 200 Lyman-Richey Corporation employees earned $100 gift cards from the company's wellness program and initiative provided by Viverae.

In order to qualify, workers had to finish the minimum requirements to earn a health insurance premium discount for next year - which include taking a health assessment survey, completing a biometric screening, and participating in one-on-one health-coaching sessions - and earn additional points each quarter.

Those points come from completing health-training modules on the Viverae website, finishing company and/or individual health-challenges, or participating in various community run/walks.

"With all of life's craziness, it's easy for people to forget to take care of one of the most important things: themselves," Benefits Specialist Kathy Snoddy said. "We want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to be the healthiest they can be. Viverae is helping us with that, providing resources and support for all of us."

The final wellness quarter for this year is underway. Employees can land their $100 gift card if they reach the 300 point threshold by Feb. 28, 2018.
