Lyman-Richey Umbrella Wetland Bank
Lyman-Richey Corporation (LRC) is proposing to develop an Umbrella Wetland Mitigation Bank to assist in mitigating impacts on waters of the U.S., including wetlands.
The mitigation bank will be used for LRC and for commercial sale as a cost-efficient way to consolidate resources and increase the potential for mitigation success. LRC will be the bank sponsor / owner and will assume responsibility for the overall operation and management of the bank.
The first site to be established as part of the bank will be the Gretna Bottom Wetland Mitigation Bank.
